These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 96ace platform, including the website accessible at https://96ace.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and any services offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). 96ace is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform serving Malaysian players.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you ("User", "Player", "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

96ace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The 96ace website (https://96ace.cam), mobile interface, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — A registered user account on the 96ace Platform, created in accordance with Clause 4.
• "User" / "Player" — Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Wager" — Any bet or stake placed on casino games, sports events, virtual sports, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits or free-play funds credited to a User's account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by a User using actual currency (MYR or equivalent), distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an active account on the 96ace Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Be at least 21 years of age. 96ace strictly does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21. 96ace may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party).
3. Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. Not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, director, or immediate family member of 96ace or any associated entity.
5. Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed voluntarily through the Platform or through any applicable regulatory body.
6. Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Malaysian phone number. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Users must keep their login credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential. 96ace will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.

Your use of the 96ace Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You may access the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not attempt to access, use, or interfere with any part of the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other software not authorised by 96ace.
• You agree that all wagers placed through your account are final once confirmed, except where otherwise provided in the applicable game or event rules.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by random number generation (RNG) or real-world sporting results, as applicable.
• You must not use the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
• You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

96ace provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

96ace accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits — including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB — are also accepted.

• All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.
• 96ace does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• 96ace reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC or anti-fraud procedures.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 96ace account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• 96ace processes approved withdrawal requests within an average of three (3) minutes during normal operating hours. Actual settlement times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• 96ace reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits and to carry out enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets are processed on the relevant blockchain network and are subject to standard network confirmation times.

96ace offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each promotion are detailed in the relevant promotional terms and conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• 96ace reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus structures — including collusion, multi-accounting, or use of betting software — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.

The birthday bonus is available to all verified account holders who have maintained at least Bronze VIP tier status. Tier-based bonus amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (Diamond VIP and above). The referral programme rewards MYR 38 per successful qualifying referral with no cap on total referrals.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 96ace Platform:

• All wagers are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform system. 96ace does not accept cancellation requests after bet confirmation except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable sport or game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, 96ace reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the User's account.
• For live sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other supported markets — odds are subject to real-time fluctuation and are displayed dynamically. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's rules as displayed within the game interface.
• Slot games feature published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• 96ace uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

96ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure reality-check alerts that notify them of time spent on the Platform at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling section of their account or by contacting support. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without closing their account permanently.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96ace Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting) or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such activity must be reported to support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to defraud the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or other multiplayer games.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 96ace staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other technical circumvention measures.

96ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when required.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the User.
• Reasonable suspicion that the User is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with applicable law.

Upon closure of an account for non-fraud reasons, any verified Real Money Balance in excess of applicable minimum thresholds will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and standard anti-money laundering checks.

All content on the 96ace Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 96ace or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 96ace.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96ace, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures outside of 96ace's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other third-party service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

96ace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

96ace employs 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage protocols, and access control mechanisms to protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties.

Users have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of their personal data held by 96ace. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

96ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 96ace will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notification on the Platform.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as communicated by 96ace at the relevant time.

The parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. Users may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], and 96ace will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.
